Join In The “Conversation of Works”

Seven Of The Other Art Fair Artists Continue With Creating Opportunities For Themselves To Represent And Collaborate.

Following a second successful outing at The Other Art Fair (#TOAF, April 2014 at Ambika P3 in Marylebone) Artists Rod McIntosh & Fleur Deakin, who collaborate and exhibit under the collective of  NOHO Artists have extended an invitation to 5 artists that they met in April, and some previously in October 2013, to join them as they take a stand at the inaugural SEEArt Fair in Tunbridge Wells, 9th-13th July.

SEEArt is the second fair to come from the partnership between Guy Portelli (sculptor and successful recipient of Dragons Den investment, from all four millionaires) and Mark Paul Perry. Who are behind the successful STRARTA Art Fairs held at the Saatchi Gallery.

SEEArt will be the debut of NOHO Artists as more than a dialogue of two. The offer from Rod and Fleur becomes a ‘conversation of works’ between 7 artists. Selected artists were approached following the #TOAF in April to join an online presence, supporting each other through developing a critical and professional framework and to seek and create opportunities for exhibiting and representation.

Artists joining NOHO Artists as Guest Artists for SEEArt are:

Blandine Bardeau, Hermione Carline, Frikkx, Benjamin Parker, Natalie Ryde.

McIntosh says of this development;

We connected with so many artists at The Other Art Fair, that we thought we could roll out a little of what happens on our stand to include others. Where the work has a connection without competing, with a generous dose of humility.”

Deakin continues;

It (The Other Art Fair) is a great opportunity to talk about your work openly with other artists and the public. We don’t want that to stop in between fairs and want to start a bigger conversation. That excites us and supports our work developing.”

NOHO Artists is the sum of the parts, so we can then return to our own work and own shows strengthened by a collective experience.” McIntosh concludes.

You can join in the ‘Conversation of Works’ at SEEArt Fair in July. Check out the artists pages on the NOHO Artists website and follow as we feature an artist per week leading up to 10th July.
