Some informal installation shots of the recent commission I undertook through the Gallery Caiger Contemporary Art.
The project enabled me to work with a finely ground indigo pigment and mulberry paper, along side the black ink and charcoal powder. My skills of water gilding were put to the test and confidetly I accented elements of the two side panels and completed the circle within the central panel.
I am pleased to say gallery and clients appear happy and commented that the work bought the room together.
This is my largest commission to date and I look forward to working on more. Contact me should you like to discuss the process.
